Cancellation & Returns

At Little Dreamers, we take great care in creating and packing each book. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Replacements

  • We offer replacements only, not returns.
  • Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Replacements are provided in cases where:
    • The product arrives damaged
    • There is a manufacturing or printing defect
    • An incorrect item is delivered

Refunds

  • We do not offer any kind of return and refund, we offer a replacement only.
  • If replacement is not available then return will be innitiated within 5 days.
  • Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not available.
  • Approved refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 Business days.
  • Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 7-10 Business days.

Non-Eligible Cases

Replacements or refunds will not be offered for:

  • Discounted or promotional items
  • Bundled products
  • Items showing signs of use or damage after delivery
  • Issues reported after the 7-day replacement window

For eligible replacement cases, all shipping costs will be borne by Little Dreamers.
